Reservation Policy

Documents required during the time of Check-In:

Booking confirmation via E-mail / SMS (with Booking ID) and a valid Photo ID (with address) is required for all the guests. Photo ID proofs accepted are Driver's License, Voter’s Card, Passport and Adhar card or bank passbook with photo.

Note: PAN Cards will not be accepted as valid Photo ID Card.

Check-in and Check-out:

Check-in Time: 11:00AM

Check-out Time: 10:00AM

If you wish to Check-In in between 8:00AM and 11:00AM, subject to availability of room, half day tariff shall be applicable and if you wish to Check-In before 8:00AM, full previous day’s tariff will be charged.

Similarly, if you wish to stay on up to 4 hours beyond the check-out time, subject to availability of room, half day tariff shall be applicable; beyond extra 4 hours, full day tariff will be charged.

Booking Amount:

50% payment of the total amount of stay is to be made in advance in order to confirm the bookings.

Settlement of Bills:

  • The bills must be settled fully on presentation at the time of Check-Out.
  • Kindly note that, we do not accept Cheque payments.

Child Policy:

A maximum of 1 children up to the age of 5 years are allowed free of charge subject to room occupancy capacity. Breakfast will be included in stay, but no extra bed will be provided. Special rates that include all taxes & breakfast, are applicable for children in between 6 to 12 years of age & extra bed shall be provided per child. Extra bed charges are applicable for anyone above 12 years of age.

Occupancy Policy:

The maximum number of occupants in a room depends on the hotel and the room category. This can be found out during booking of the rooms.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If a booking is cancelled before 15 days of arrival, there will be 10% cancellation charges.
  • If a booking is cancelled before 7 days and within 14 days of arrival, there will be 1 Night retention charges.
  • If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival there will be 100% cancellation charges.
  • Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
  • No refund will be eligible in case of No-Show, that is, when the customer arrives either late or does not turn up for the stay.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds shall be done through the same mode by which the booking amount is received by the hotel, i.e. either by Cash / NEFT / RTGS / Online Bank Transfer.
  • Online refunds for bookings made through the website usually take 7-10 working days.
  • Credit/Debit card online refunds will only be made against Credit/Debit card bookings and usually take 15 working days.
  • The original receipt must be presented for processing the refund.
  • Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
  • If client paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 07 to 10 working days.

In case of any cancellation, the service tax of 9.00% on the advance amount received will have to be retained, as it is to be paid by the hotel to the concerned government authorities by the 5th day of the next month.
